Alzena Saleem joined Galaria Capital Management in 2010. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s in Education from the University of Michigan, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Finance through Northwestern University. She began her financial training and experience with American Express Financial Advisors at which she ranked in the top 90% for both production and plan pace.
While working with GCM, she received her Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist Degree (CRPS) from the College for Financial Planning. Also through the College for Financial Planning, she completed her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) education coursework, which included the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning, and passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) exam to continue to serve with excellence as a CFP® professional. She is a licensed producer/agent for life, accident, and health insurance in Illinois.
Furthermore, she holds a Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor Law professional security license. She is registered as an investment advisor in both the Illinois and Michigan Security Departments.
Alzena and her husband have been married for 24 years and have four children. She serves as an administrative advisor to the ICN Al-Falah Academy on the weekends. In her spare time, Alzena enjoys baking, exercising, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Ibrahim has over 25 years of financial and business experience with Galaria Capital Management. Before founding the company, Galaria Capital Management, in 1994, Dr. Galaria received his Medical Doctorate (MD) from NHLM Medical College in Gujarat, India. He completed his surgical residency in both New York at Columbia University and in Detroit and he is a retired Board Certified and Re-Certified General Surgeon. In the 1990s, Dr. Galaria realized he had another passion: Finance.
In the past, he acquired a Chartered Financial Consultant degree (ChFC) from The American College of Financial Services, an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), a Wealth Management Specialist (WMS) and a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist degree (CRPS) from The College for Financial Planning, a Certified 401k Professional degree (C(k)P) from The Retirement Advisor University at the University of California Los Angeles and a Professional Plan Consultant degree (PPC) from the Financial Service Standards, a division of fi360, Inc.
Previously, he was a licensed producer/agent for life, accident and health insurance in various states, Illinois, Michigan, and Virginia. He has also been a registered investment advisor in Michigan and Illinois.
In the past, Dr. Galaria has served as the Treasurer of the Michigan Association of Physicians from India (MAPI). He and his wife have been married for over 50 years and have 2 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Dr. Galaria enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with his family.
